1. General

The Schauspielgruppe des Anglistischen Seminars e.V. (Anglistisches Seminar, Kettengasse 12, 69117 Heidelberg; dramagroup@uni-hd.de) is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not collect or share your personal data without your knowledge. Personal data submitted to us — for example when purchasing tickets or signing up for our newsletter — is stored and used only for the purpose for which it was provided. Your data is treated confidentially and is not passed on to third parties unless you have given express consent or we are legally required to do so.

This website contains links to external sites. We accept no responsibility for the data protection practices of other operators.

2. Ticket purchases and payment

Tickets for our productions are sold through Ticket Tailor (Zimma Ltd., London, UK). When you purchase a ticket, Ticket Tailor collects the personal data necessary to process your purchase — your name, email address, and payment details — on our behalf. The Schauspielgruppe is the data controller; Ticket Tailor acts as our data processor and does not use your data for its own purposes. Ticket Tailor's servers are located in the EU (Amazon Web Services, Dublin, Ireland).

The personal data collected during ticket purchase is your first and last name and your email address. We retain this data separately in order to contact you in the event of changes or cancellations to a performance. It is not used for any other purpose and is not shared with third parties. Purchasing a ticket does not sign you up for our newsletter or any other promotional campaign.

Payment is processed by PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxembourg. The Schauspielgruppe does not receive or store your payment card details. PayPal processes payment data as an independent data controller under its own privacy policy. We receive only a transaction confirmation for our financial records.

Ticket purchase data is retained for as long as required by applicable accounting and legal obligations and deleted thereafter.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract.

You may unsubscribe at any time by emailing DRAMAGROUP-NEWSLETTER-signoff-request@LISTSERV.UNI-HEIDELBERG.DE or using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter. Your data will be deleted upon unsubscribing.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — your consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.
