Reserving Tickets
We collect personal information when you reserve tickets through our website. This information is collected so we can properly make reservations, contact you to confirm your reservation, and/or contact you regarding issues with your reservation (such as change of performance time or cancelation).

Reserving tickets does not sign you up for our Newsletter or any other promotional campaign. Your personal information is only stored for your selected performance. The collected personal information is deleted 14 days after the final performance.
Newsletter
We collect personal information when you sign up for our Newsletter. Our Newsletter contains updates regarding the Schauspielgruppe including, but not limited to: upcoming shows, auditions, workshops, and special events.
The personal information we collect is:

Email address
We require a “double opt-in” when signing up for our Newsletter. That means after submitting your sign-up through our website, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you requiring an opt-in response from you. You will not receive our Newsletter until we receive confirmation.

The unsubscribe email and link is provided in all of our Newsletter updates. Upon receiving your unsubscribe request, the collected personal information will be deleted.
